Constable Borissov, Toronto Police Service Officer Re-arrested And Faces New Charges For The Theft Of A Missing Person’s Belongings

A Toronto Police Service officer has been re-arrested and faces new charges in relation to the same missing person investigation.

It is further alleged that:

– a watch belonging to a missing person was stolen

It is also alleged in a different May 26, 2020 investigation:

– a police officer took possession of a credit card that was subsequently used to make a purchase

Boris Borrisov, 48, of Toronto, was re-arrested on June 24, 2022.

He is further charged with:

1. Theft Over
2. Trafficking in Property Obtained by Crime
3. Breach of Trust x2
4. Theft of Credit Card
5. Possession Property Obtained by crime under
6. Use credit card obtained by crime. 

Borrisov is scheduled to appear August 4, 2022, at Toronto West Courts.
