Celebrate National Youth Week 2026 with free programs at Brampton Library

Learn about life after high school, hear from experts on future-proofing your career, get creative with old vinyl records, and meet fellow Star Wars fans.

Each year, Brampton Library proudly takes part in National Youth Week, a celebration of young people and their place in the community. Join the Library for free, creative, and informative youth-focused events from May 1st to 8th.

National Youth Week 2026 programs at the Brampton Library will bring together tech and career experts, retro-inspired art, and Star Wars enthusiasts. This year’s showcase event will be a panel discussion on Life After High School, happening on Thursday, May 7th at Mount Pleasant Village Branch Library. For students aged 15–19, especially the ones in grades 11 and 12, this discussion with current post-secondary students will answer questions that alleviate the uncertainties and stresses of what to expect after high school.
