Constable Sukhdev Sangha Of Brampton Charged With One Count Of Robbery & Suspended With Pay: Peel Police

After an extensive investigation, members of the Peel Regional Police Professional Standards Bureau have charged an officer with robbery stemming from an off-duty incident that occurred on January 29, 2022, within the area of Queen Mary Drive and Sandalwood Parkway, in Brampton. Constable Sukhdev Sangha, a two-year employee has been charged with one count of robbery and was suspended with pay, as per the Ontario Police Services Act provisions. 

Constable Sangha is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice Brampton on December 12, 2022.

 Additionally, Mr. Karanveer Sangha of Brampton, Mr. Sukhdeep Kandola of Brampton and Ms. Jasmeen Bassi of Markham were all previously charged with one count of robbery each, stemming from the same incident. Those charges are currently before the court.
