Kirsty Duncan, Michael Luchenski and Harpal Randhawa appointed during Annual Meeting
BRAMPTON/ETOBICOKE – William Osler Health System (Osler) is pleased to welcome three new Board members who bring extensive leadership experience and expertise to the organization and the broader health care system. The announcement was made during Osler’s Annual Meeting held on June 19, 2025.
Joining Osler’s Board of Directors are:
• Kirsty Duncan, PhD
• Michael Luchenski – Partner, Lawrence, Lawrence, Stevenson, LLP
• Harpal Randhawa – Senior Vice-President Finance, Loblaw Companies

Osler also offers sincere gratitude to outgoing Board members Linda Franklin, Past Chair of the Board of Directors, and Susan Britton Payne – who have both served on Osler’s Board of Directors since 2017.
