Residents are invited to attend the Ward 1 Community Family Fun Fair on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Westacres Park.
Hosted by Ward 1 Councillor Stephen Dasko, this free, family-friendly event promises a fun-filled day for residents of all ages, bringing the community together to celebrate summer with engaging activities and entertainment.
Attendees can enjoy a variety of attractions, including:
- Bouncy castle fun
- Balloon making
- Face painting
- Giveaways
- Bike tune-ups and safety lessons
- A live re-enactment of the War of 1812
“This event is a great opportunity for neighbours to come together, enjoy a beautiful local park, and celebrate community spirit,” said Councillor Stephen Dasko. “I look forward to seeing everyone come out and take part in all the exciting family friendly activities planned for the day.”
