Toronto, Canada – July 31, 2024 – Canadian cricket celebrated a historic achievement as Dilpreet Singh Bajwa became the first Canadian to score a century in the Global T20 Canada league. Bajwa’s remarkable innings of 100 off 55 balls, featuring 10 fours and 6 sixes, was instrumental in the Montreal Tigers’ total of 166/7 against the Brampton Wolves at the TD Cricket Arena. This century, the first of the ongoing fourth season, highlights Bajwa’s talent and the growing prowess of Canadian cricket on the international stage.
