Y Media Crime Report: Peel Police seek public help to identify suspect in connection with two violent sexual assaults in Brampton

Region of Peel, 27 September – Investigators from our Special Victims Unit are seeking public assistance after obtaining video to identify a suspect believed to be responsible for two sexual assaults in the area of McLaughlin Road and Steeles Avenue in the City of Brampton.

These incidents occurred on Monday, September 2, 2024, at approximately 5:30 a.m. and Sunday, September 22, 2024, at approximately 1:30 a.m.

The suspect is described as a South Asian male, late 20s to early 30’s, approximately 5’8-5’10, medium build, dark short hair with a receding hair line.

Police are asking anyone with information, video surveillance, or dashcam footage who may have been in the area during the morning hours of September 2 and 22 to contact investigators in the Special Victims Unit at 905-453-2121, extension 3460.
