Zelenskyy Says U.S. Arms Flow Continues As Prince Harry Makes Surprise Kyiv Visit

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says U.S. weapons deliveries to Ukraine remain steady despite global tensions linked to the Iran conflict, as Kyiv continues long-range strikes targeting Russian infrastructure.

Zelenskyy said Ukrainian forces are hitting key Russian oil production and manufacturing sites, inflicting what he described as “very painful” economic damage worth tens of billions of dollars. The strikes, often carried out using domestically developed drones and missiles, have reportedly reached targets more than 1,000 kilometres inside Russian territory.

Ukraine continues to rely on Western military support, including U.S.-supplied Patriot air defence systems, to counter ongoing Russian missile and drone attacks on its energy grid and civilian areas. Zelenskyy emphasized that Kyiv would continue responding as Russia presses its full-scale invasion, now in its fourth year.

Meanwhile, Prince Harry made an unannounced visit to Kyiv, marking his third trip to Ukraine in a year. Speaking at a security forum, he praised Ukrainians for their resilience, unity and determination in the face of war.

His visit came amid continued violence, including a Russian drone strike in the city of Dnipro that killed three people and injured several others. At the same time, Russian authorities reported intercepting more than 150 Ukrainian drones across multiple regions, as both sides escalate aerial operations.

Ukrainian strikes have also targeted key oil infrastructure, including refineries and pipelines deep inside Russia, aiming to disrupt energy revenues that help fund Moscow’s war effort. Officials say these operations are part of a broader strategy to weaken Russia’s economic and military capacity over time.
