A man is facing charges after a targeted shooting in a Woodbridge home on Friday left a toddler and a woman dead, and two others injured. The victims were identified by York Regional Police as two-year-old Marcus Vu and his mother, 40-year-old Thi Trang Do, according to Const.
Lisa Moskaluk. Police received multiple calls about gunfire at the Casa Nova Drive residence just before 9 a.m. on Friday. When officers arrived, they found four people with gunshot wounds. One person was pronounced dead at the scene, and the other three were taken to the hospital.
On Saturday, police reported that a second person had died from their injuries.
